Q. How do I get started in TORCS racing?
A. It's easier than you think, all you really need to do is show up and race! When you get to the track, you will pay a gate fee for each person in your group. You will also pay your race entry fee and either purchase a TORCS yearly Membership or pay a day pass fee. If you become a member you will receive a number that can be run at any future TORCS Race. If you pay the day pass fee you will receive a temporary number for the day. Either way we will provide you with the bike numbers and backgrounds to put on your bike that day. If you prefer to join on line you can do so from our home page. Once you have joined on line you can also pre enter for races on line. NO Ama Card Required.

A. All riders must have a helmet, goggles, gloves, pants, long-sleeve shirt and boots that go over the ankles. Chest protectors and hand guards are not required but are recommended.

A. This depends on the class you enter at the event, varying from 30 minutes in the 50cc class to 70 minutes in the Big Bike classes. Courses vary in length from 3-7 miles.

Q. What class should I compete in?
A. This depends on your age and riding ability, and your machine's engine size, type and modifications. Look at the class section in rules. A. We do accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover for entry fees. We do not accept checks.

A. You must join the membership online and generally within 2 working days our staff will call you. You can then pick a number amongst the available numbers at that point. We only RESERVE numbers for paid members. You can also join at any event. We stock numbers and backgourds for all classes.
